Dom Kennedy and Hit-Boy have teamed up to drop their joint EP Half-A-Mil.

Both artists have had a pretty quiet 2016. Dom Kennedy's last project Best of Bobby 2 dropped in 2015. He's released a handful of tracks this calendar in preparation for his new solo project Los Angeles Is Not For Sale Vol. 1.

Hit-Boy last put out a project in 2015 as well, with the EP Zoomin. The offering features guest appearances from Pusha T, Quentin Miller and Gizzle.

The new joint EP contains five tracks including a radio version of the previously released "100 Rounds."

The duo have a full-length album "coming soon" according to their SoundCloud page.

Besides this heat with Hit-Boy, it looks like Dom also has something cooking with DJ Quik. Back in October, video surfaced of a Quik studio session where Kennedy can be heard rapping over the Cali legend's production, with Problem on the adlibs. Since Problem and Quik are apparently working on their full-length collab album Rosecrans, it seems like the track in the video could be off that forthcoming project.
