Rae Sremmurd are forever indebted to the Mannequin Challenge for helping their "Black Beatles" single become the No. 1 song in the country. Slim Jxmmi and Swae Lee are enjoying it too as they attempt to keep up with the many entries to the new craze. TMZ recently caught up with duo, who named a few of the favorites so far.

"I really like the one with Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian," Slim Jxmmi said. "I like Michelle Obama. Shout out to Michelle Obama. Paul McCartney's was awesome. It was so many. I probably haven't seen all of 'em."

Rae Sremmurd was asked about their reaction to seeing The Beatles' own Paul McCartney do the Mannequin Challenge. The Mississippi natives did not hold back their excitement.

"It was the ultimate co-sign," Swae Lee said. "Me and him related," Slim Jxmmi added. "I think he just confirmed that he's my uncle."

The Mike WiLL Made It-produced "Black Beatles" reached the No. 1 spot on the Hot 100 chart on Monday (Nov. 14). The Mannequin Challenge sparked a dramatic ascent up the chart as Rae Sremmurd's hit record was No. 9 last week. It was the biggest jump on the chart since Taylor Swift’s “Bad Blood” went from No. 53 to No. 1 back in June 2015.

The single also helped Gucci Mane, who appears on the track, make some history. "Black Beatles" is the highest charting song that Guwop has been featured on in his entire career.
