Jeezy's new Trap or Die 3 album hits the No. 1 spot on the Billboard Top 200 chart this week, moving 89,000 units first week with 73,000 of those being traditional album sales.

It's Jizzle's third No. 1 album of his career after The Inspiration and The Recession. His last album Church in These Streets debuted at No. 4 and sold 107,000 copies first week.

Coming in at No. 3 on the Top 200 chart is Meek Mill's new DC4 mixtape, which moved 87,000 units first week with 50,000 of those being traditional album sales. Though people waited years for that tape, Meek only announced it the day of without a pre-order option. His last album, Dreams Worth More Than Money, debuted at No. 1 and sold an absurd 246,000 copies first week.

Note the difference between Jeezy and Meek's streaming numbers: the Atlanta rapper's streams were equal to 16,000 album copies, or about 18% of total sales, while Meek's streaming numbers were equivalent to 37,000 units, roughly 43% of his sales.

Meek might not be finished dropping new music, either. Last week he posted a picture to Instagram and called it the cover art for DC4.5, which he implied would be "dropping any day" now.

Jeezy wisely led his album rollout with the Bankroll Fresh collab "All There," a fan favorite from the new LP so far. In an interview with DJ Whoo Kid last week, Jeezy talked about the legacy of Atlanta rappers who have passed like Bankroll and Shawty Lo, said he thought Bobby Shmurda was going to be the next DMX, and lamented at how hard it is to get Eminem on the phone.
