Desiigner officially has a clean slate. The Brooklyn rapper and G.O.O.D. Music signee has had all gun and drug charges against him dropped as of today (Nov. 29). TMZ reports that the 2016 XXL Freshman will have his record cleared of all charges stemming from his arrest earlier this fall.

The "Panda" rapper was arrested back in September in Times Square, Manhattan and was hit with intent to sell, menacing and possession of a loaded gun. But as it turns out, no gun was ever found in the vehicle and the drugs in the car were prescription steroids.

The D.A. moved to seal the case and dismiss all remaining charges Tuesday morning. Though the 19-year-old rapper wasn't in court, he was represented by his lawyers, Ian Niles and Stacey Richman, who told TMZ, "We're happy he's been exonerated... and happy with the investigation from the D.A."

The "Timmy Turner" entertainer probably wasn't in court due to his busy schedule. With a debut album due out next year, Desiigner has been splitting his time between studio sessions with Mike Dean and performing around the country to keep his notoriety up and his fanbase happy. As for the song that started his whole career, the triple-platinum "Panda" is currently the No. 1 song used for TV according to The Hollywood Reporter.
