2011: MMG bawse Rick Ross was celebrating a pinnacle in his rap career when he suddenly suffered two seizures on Oct. 14, 2011.

Ross' had just dropped Teflon Don a year prior and was touring his hits off the gold-selling LP like “Aston Martin Music” "Free Mason" and "B.M.F. (Blowin' Money Fast)." And keep in mind, this was also the come-up of Ross' young protege, Meek Mill, with Dreamchasers. Maybach Music Group was in it's prime.

Ross boarded a flight from Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. to Memphis that day on the way to a performance when he lost consciousness in the air. The plane had to make an emergency landing around 12:55 p.m. TMZ was the first to announce Rozay's health scare, reporting that the then 35-year-old rapper was wheeled off the aircraft in a gurney while unconscious and that paramedics were "desperately trying to resuscitate him."

As reports and rumors began to circulate online, fellow rappers tweeted out well-wishes for the rap's Florida kingpin. The bawse soon regained consciousness in the afternoon, with Ross even saying he was well enough to perform, but then suffered a second seizure the same day while on another plane, this time a private jet, while on the way to Memphis. The flight made an emergency landing in Birmingham, Ala.

After the seizures, Ross began to take his health more seriously. Six years later, Rozay is alive and thriving thanks to an effort to balance lifestyle, diet and exercise. Shout out to all the pears!
