If Kanye West believes wholeheartedly in something, he will go hard, and at times take things places they don't need to be taken. See the entire MTV Video Music Awards debacle with Taylor Swift. For his latest campaign, Yeezy is riding for Frank Ocean. More specifically, he is threatening to boycott the upcoming Grammys if Ocean's latest album Blonde is not nominated.

As usual, the announcement came during a random venting session. West was performing last night (Oct. 22) on the Saint Pablo Tour in Oakland, Calif, when he had a moment during a rendition of "Wolves. "The album I listen to the most this year is Frank Ocean's album," he said. "I'll tell you this right now: If his album’s not nominated in no categories, I’m not showing up to the Grammys."

Frank's album is not up for a nomination because it was not even submitted for consideration. This was purposely done by Ocean and his team.

Despite that fact, West is still hoping the committee will somehow give the project a nod, siting a situation in 2009 when voters altered the rules to include Lady Gaga's debut album The Fame. "No one wants to say nothing about it," West argued. "No one wants to do nothing about it."

Ocean recently gave his first interview in three years, during a recent visit to the White House. The 90-second one-on-one didn't answer any of fans' burning questions, but the next one should. Zane Lowe recently went to great lengths secure an interview with the Odd Future singer, flying out to Japan for a sit down. Their talk should be airing soon.
