The 2015 movie Straight Outta Compton was a huge success amongst critics and viewers alike. In its aftermath, there's been increased interest in seeing the next part of the storyline played out on screen, and the legendary Daz Dillinger has answered the call.

Soon after the N.W.A movie dropped, he announced his own plans to do a movie on Death Row, and now we're getting a first look at the trailer. DPG 4 Life is set to tell the story of Kurupt and Daz as Tha Dogg Pound and their involvement with 2Pac, Snoop Dogg, Suge Knight and others. You can watch the promo clip, which includes set photos and brief movie footage, above.

Towards the end of the clip, a scene where Pac and Daz record "Ambitionz of a Ridah" (the first song Pac made after coming home from jail in Oct. 1995) plays.

The cast is set to include Azad Arnaud (playing Daz), Dr. Dre's son Curtis (playing Dre), Reggie Noble (playing Suge Knight), Melvin Jackson Jr. (playing Kurupt), DaDa (playing 2Pac) and Lady of Rage playing herself.

In the wake of Michel'le's Lifetime movie Surviving Compton, Daz has been quite vocal with his criticism for the film. While watching it, he questioned the portrayal of Pac and Suge's relationship, and in a new interview, he says Michel'le is actually the reason Dre left Death Row.
