Not only has Chance The Rapper ascended the hip-hop ranks through innovative means and stellar songwriting, he continues to deliver as one of the best live acts today, treating TV performances as opportunities to reimagine his stage show. In September, Chano turned the Ellen set into a disrupted label office as he, Lil Wayne and 2 Chainz performed "No Problem," and on Monday night (Oct. 3) he was at it once more, performing "Blessings (Reprise)" with Anthony Hamilton, Ty Dolla $ign, Raury and D.R.A.M on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.

A quick look at the Coloring Book credits shows that Raury, Anderson .Paak, BJ the Chicago Kid and more all have uncredited vocals on the song, which features Ty Dolla $ign. The other additions then are new extension of a similar practice. Almost as Kanye West did on "All of the Lights," Chance stacks the vocals here, allowing each musician to color in space with guitar riffs or vocal harmonies. Watch that performance above, while below, Chance sits down briefly with Fallon to talk the logistical issues of festivals and why he puts out his music for free.

"As music grows there's always new ways of releasing. There's visual albums and full concerts and big broadway musical and so many ways that music moves around now," he says. "I feel like trying to fit it into a for sale album is kinda obsolete now. It gives me more space to create and put out stuff."
