Big Sean has spent 2016 playing his part in various group settings, releasing Twenty88 with Jhene Aiko in April and putting in his work on the G.O.O.D. posse track "Champions," but that's subject to change today (Oct. 31) as Sean has promised new recordings via the Instagram post above.

"The boys n girls need new music. I'll see you tomorrow wit it!!! Don! Jimmy Fallon tomorrow night too!" he wrote, tagging Metro Boomin, Kanye West and other producers.

Earlier this month, a Sean and 2 Chainz collaboration titled "Light It Up" dropped, and was eventually featured on Kevin Hart's What Now soundtrack. The last solo offering from Sean came back in February of 2015, with Dark Sky Paradise, what became Sean's first No. 1 and platinum selling album.

In late August, Sean shared on Twitter that he was playing his new album for Rick Rubin, later writing, "“Going thru my 4th album with one of the masters. Almost ready. Been clique since #Clique," beneath a photo of himself and Jay Z. Seems in the time since, the finishing touches have been added and the rollout is ready to begin. Catch The Tonight Show With Jimmy Fallon this evening to watch Sean Don's performance. Gabrielle Union is as well a guest.

Meanwhile, Sean and Aiko get in the Halloween spirit below, dressed as Star Wars characters.
