The bridge between schools old and new continues to grow as 21 Savage freestyles over the beat to Gucci Mane's "Sun Valley" (included below) off his 2008 mixtape EA Sportscenter. The instrumental is far from official, with 21 commenting toward the end of the above clip about the many tags on it. Peep the near four minute freestyle, one that 21 doesn't take too seriously, up above.

Gucci has expressed an open mindedness when it comes to working with younger artists, Young Dolph being featured on his recently released album Woptober. The iconic Atlanta rapper told XXL in our fall cover story, "There’s a different sound to some of the stuff that’s going on. I’m forcing myself to like it because, it’s different. It’s not what I grew up listening to. It’s not the stuff I would generally play in my car, but if everybody else like it, who am I to say they’re stupid or that they’re wrong? …So, I’m forcing myself to see what’s going on now. I be like, They’re creative. They’re smart. They’re marketing themselves. They some little geniuses."

For 21, the week continues to bear his name, his collaboration with Drake titled "Sneakin'" dropping late Sunday. The rising star turned 24 just this weekend (Oct. 22) and the celebration continues today. 21's last project came in July with his Savage Mode mixtape with Metro Boomin, the track "No Heart" receiving new visuals this time last week.
