Look no further than the Jeffery cover art to understand Young Thug's relationship with fashion. The Calvin Klein model prioritizes comfort over conformity, often challenging the notions of what menswear can or should be. It was reported last month that Thugger would mentor models for the VFILES Season 7 runway show and he took that responsibility seriously, rising from his seat to tinker with one model's look during the show.

Other mentors included Naomi Campbell, stylist Mel Ottenberg, makeup artist Pat McGrath and Fear of God designer Jerry Lorenzo with the group consulting with designers, models, hair and makeup, photographers and stylists for the show.

If Thug is on his way to becoming a style icon, it is undoubtedly for his willingness to go places and do things that others wouldn't dare, which now includes mid-runway adjustments. In a video released by VFILES earlier this month, Thug visits three dress designers to pick the outfit for the Jeffery cover, showing just how much time, care and consideration he puts towards his fashion statements.

To their credit, VFILES doesn't seem to mind Thug's impromptu check-in, tweeting out a video of the moment and later a close up photo of it. Below, you can even see Thug's below the waist hand gesture toward the model, his outstretched hand saying "wait right there just a second."

Thug himself has modeled in the past, perhaps most memorably for Kanye West's Yeezy Season 3 event at Madison Square Garden earlier this year.
