8 Remixes to Young M.A’s “Ooouuu” You Need to Hear

Young M.A has quickly become the most talked-about new female rapper in hip-hop. The Brooklyn MC has been grinding for years but found meteoric success this year thanks to her viral single "OOOUUU." The track dropped back in May and has been getting love on national radio ever since. The music video to the track is a lowkey party starter too -- it's passed 20 million views and counting on YouTube. And the music industry has definitely taken notice of her movement.

Rap names big and small have taken it upon themselves to cosign the Brooklynite by remixing the dance-inducing U-Dub-produced banger about shaking off the haters. Nicki Minaj, Jadakiss and French Montana have all laid down their own signature bars to the track. Though none of these remixes have been dubbed the official rework by M.A or her crew, the spotlight recognition is appreciated.

"HOTTEST RECORD IN THE WORLD! THEY CANT HELP BUT HOP ON THAT JOINT!! S/O 2 everybody that made an #ooouuu REMIX!" she tweeted this month.

Aside from these cosigns on wax, 50 Cent gave Young M.A a major shoutout this summer by calling her the "hottest shit out right now." And even Beyonce used the banger as a soundtrack to her birthday Instagram post.
