The Game is preparing to drop his upcoming album 1992 on Oct. 14. Today (Sept. 30), the Compton, Calif. rapper unleashes a track called "Baby You" featuring Jason Derulo.

The record contains some serious '70s soul and old-school funk vibes. The Game adds his trademark strong delivery and vicious wordplay, which complement the instrumental nicely. He kicks off verse two by rapping, "Tell me how you think we living how we live?/Like you the one that put us in these cribs/Not me but baby you/Like I ain't getting money for these shows/I guess you think I'm tripping on these hoes/They fans but look at you/Who in them Celine bags? Who in them Giuseppes?/Louboutins, wanna bet me? I win cause it's you." Derulo tackles the chorus, singing, "Every time I decide to leave you all in the past/Baby I be thinking bout you on the long drive."

Of course, Game has been in the news recently for his beef with Meek Mill. Most recently, Game's manager called out Meek Mill's crew for having Beanie Sigel jumped. Game's manager Wack 100 said in an Instagram video, "Y’all niggas went back there and put your hands on Beans. On Piru and everything Piru stand for, Beans ain’t told me shit about nothing. If you pay attention to where this problem come from, it all go back to your man Meek."

He continued, "That nigga Beans been carrying Philly on his back for 20 plus years. Y’all violate that man in front of his wife and his kids…that nigga ain’t told us nothing. Whoever the fuck did that need to be dealt with. Y’all need to deal with that nigga Meek and tell him get back in the booth. Fix that.”
