Each member in Migos has something different to offer. Takeoff has a gruff, growling delivery, while Offset tends to focus more on content instead of technique. But Quavo is a different breed; he often breaks into song, filtering his rhymes through melody for a more sugar-coated appeal. That approach has led to recent solo work, including "Cuffed Up" with PartyNextDoor and a couple other songs that debuted on OVO Sound Radio.

His style might be the most palatable of the three for solo success, given how well he collaborates with others. In 2016 alone, he's popped up on songs with as diverse a swath of artists as Ty Dolla $ign, Lil Yachty and French Montana. Kanye West even made him the first voice you hear on "Champions," the first single from the upcoming Cruel Summer compilation. Clearly, the 25-year-old has superstar potential.

Migos have made a nice comeback in 2016 with their 3 Way EP, and their profile is bound to increase when they appear on Donald Glover's new Atlanta TV show, but Quavo continues to differentiate himself with all the various features he's popped up on this year.

Now, with a single line from Quavious inspiring the title for Travis Scott's Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight album, a new Migos project called Culture said to be on the way and a Meek Mill collab potentially set to drop, we thought it best to look back at his best guest verses of the year so far. Let's hope a solo project is on the way.

  • "F Cancer"

    Young Thug Featuring Quavo

The first song on I'm Up is lowkey one of the best songs Thugger's ever done, and Quavo's verse at the end only cements it as such. You've never heard a girl described as being "wishy washy" -- at least not the way Quavo means it.

  • "Pick Up the Phone"

Travis Scott Featuring Young Thug and Quavo

Quavo's verse is so good here, Travis took a line and named his album after it. "Percocet and Codeine, please don't take my life..."

  • "Champions"

Kanye West Featuring Quavo, Travis Scott, Gucci Mane, Desiigner, Yo Gotti, 2 Chainz and Big Sean

"Lifestyle on camera, hundred thousand dollar chandelier/They tried to turn me to an animal, but white people think I'm radical." How can you start a song better than that?

  • "Swervin Down"

    Skippa Da Flippa Featuring Quavo

Son killed this hook. His price has to go up after this one.

  • "Key to the Streets"

YFN Lucci Featuring Migos and Trouble

YFN Lucci gets his props for this hit, but damn, give Quavo his due respect for doing so much with so little. Whether it's his verse ("Now I'm down in Miami, one phone call, I pull up on Weezy") or the hook ("I got yo' ho on a leash/The plug, he Vietnamese"), Quavo kinda steals the spotlight from the highly talented Lucci.

  • "Up One"

    Bankroll Mafia Featuring Migos

    There goes Quavo singing voice.

  • "Whatchu Doin"

Trouble Featuring Young Thug, Quavo and Skippa Da Flippa

This cut from Trouble's Skoobzilla has been picking up airplay in Atlanta, and its unique rhyme structure, with Skoob and Quavo trading bars in the first verse while Thug and Skippa do the same in the second, might be contributing to its popularity.

  • "Long Time"

    Ty Dolla Sign Featuring Quavo

Quavo's guest spot on this Ty Dolla $ign joint goes to show how his versatility serves him, as he sounds right at home next to the Cali crooner. Metro's production helps, too.

  • "Minnesota (Remix)"

Lil Yachty Featuring Young Thug, Quavo and Skippa Da Flippa

Quavo's flow breaks up the song nicely here, but it's his incessant love for his Motorola that really makes the verse worthwhile.

  • "Groupie Love"

    French Montana Featuring Quavo

French Montana's sound is amorphous, so when he warbles in Auto-Tune for an entire song, Quavo sounds right at home on the end.

  • "Quablo"

    Hoodrich Pablo Juan Featuring Quavo

He really said, "I used to play ball in school, call me Quavo Warren Moon/Skippin' class, break the rules, now all my friends, they lawyers and Jews," so we had to include this.

  • "I'm Tellin Ya"

Skippa Da Flippa Featuring Quavo and Offset

The Migos might be known for their rapid deliveries, but they shine when they slow down. This is a great example.

  • "Guwop"

Young Thug Featuring Quavo, Offset and Young Scooter

Quavo shows his range on "Guwop," going from understated to hyped up in just a couple lines.

  • "Designer Drugz"

    Hoodrich Pablo Juan Featuring Quavo

You can get Quavo for a verse, but if you're smart you'll have him do the hook too. Then you'll get records like this.

  • "Mr. Perfect"

    Skippa Da Flippa Featuring Quavo

Quavo and Flippa's chemistry is undeniable, as the former's silky voice contrasts with Skippa's sandpaper vocal tone nicely. The Migos member gets deep here too, talking about wanting to be perfect and praying for his father.

  • "Whippin"

Chris Brown Featuring Section Boyz and Quavo

The most unlikely collab on this entire list is Chris Brown, grime group Section Boyz and Quavo, and as disjointed as that might sound on paper, it actually comes out nicely.

  • "Why You Hating"

    Devin Hill Featuring Quavo

Quavo continues to tempt crossover material with this R&B joint.

  • "Say a Thing"

Skippa Da Flippa Featuring Quavo and Cash Out

Technically this came out on the last day of 2015, but we're including it because you probably missed it.

  • "Castro"

Yo Gotti Feat. Kanye West, 2 Chainz, Big Sean and Quavo

"So many onions in the trap, make me cry."

  • Bonus: "No Hook"

    Lil Yachty Featuring Quavo

Not Quavo's craziest verse, but this loosie might have flown under your radar. Plus it's dope to hear him going over FKi production.
