Mac Miller released his fourth studio album, The Divine Feminine, today (Sept. 16) but hit up The Late Show With Stephen Colbert beforehand to perform the project's lead single, "Dang!," with Anderson .Paak. In the above video, Mac and .Paak are joined by Jon Batiste & Stay Human for a horn-filled rendition of the track, Miller cutting up the stage and hitting a few low-fives with .Paak before and after.

Just yesterday, Miller spoke with Zane Lowe on Beats 1 Radio about the album, specifically the Kendrick Lamar collaboration "God Is Fair, Sexy, Nasty.” “We did a record in 2012 on this mixtape I had,” Mac said in the interview. “And there was actually a time when Kendrick Lamar was opening for me on tour. But this one it feels just like a moment. We were in the studio together. Like, we created something, which is my favorite thing because all these artists have their own creative minds and planets that they work on and you gotta create something new together for me. I don’t want to go do a song with Kendrick and then go make a Kendrick song.”

Mac describes the track, the album's outro, as, “It sounds like being in the ocean, relaxing, calm, floating and just like there and comfortable in your thoughts, and that’s how the record ends, which is so awesome,” says Mac.

One subject Mac didn’t touch on with Zane was his long speculated and recently confirmed relationship with pop singer Ariana Grande. The “Side To Side” songstress confirmed she and Miller were an item while on The Ellen Show earlier this week. The union makes sense considering Ari and Mac linked up for a track on his album called “My Favorite Part.”
