Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman teamed up for a sequel to their Lice EP. The New York rappers have released Lice 2 - Still Buggin' as a free download for the fans.

The new EP features five tracks with production handled by Dan Hayden, Mondee, SoberMindedMusiC, RTNC and Aesop Rock. While listeners can download the project for free on the Stones Throw website, a limited edition vinyl will be released in the near future for those who want a physical copy.

This collaborative project marks the second release of 2016 for both Aesop Rock and Homeboy Sandman. The veteran MCs dropped solo albums - Aesop's The Impossible Kid and Sandman's Kindness for Weakness - earlier this year. Aesop's LP was particularly notable because it earned him the best first week sales of his entire career.

"I wanted to thank you all for making The Impossible Kid the best first week sales I’ve ever had,” Aesop Rock wrote. “It’s getting harder and harder to sell music every year, and you are fighting an industry-wide trend. Love out to Rhymesayers, Biz3, UTA, Alex Pardee, Rob Shaw, and everyone who contributed time, work, riffs, vocals and more to the project."
