Young Buck's mother tried to fight back against the federal prosecutor who sentenced her son to seven months in prison. Audrey Horn, the mother of the rapper, took Assistant U.S. Attorney Sunny Koshy to court on Wednesday (Aug. 24) in an attempt to seek a protective order. The G-Unit member's mother felt her son was being set up by the charges.

Audrey Horn sought the order of protection on the same day (Aug. 10) that Young Buck was sentenced by Sunny Koshy. Horn claimed that Koshy "has used his power and influence to stalk and destroy my life and my family" according to The Tennessean.

The efforts of Young Buck's mother failed as no protective order was issued. Discrepancies in the respective accounts of Audrey Horn and Sunny Koshy were highlighted as a reason for the case not meeting the standard of a protective order. One example included Horn saying she first met Koshy in Nashville in 1980. Koshy claimed he'd never even been to Tennessee until 1990.

"This petition was dismissed today in the General Sessions court," U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee David Rivera said in a statement. "We consider this nothing more than an attempt to retaliate against a federal prosecutor who is simply trying to do his job."

Young Buck was sentenced to seven months in prison due to his probation getting revoked. Young Buck violated his probation in July when he being arrested for harassing his ex-girlfriend. Buck allegedly threatened to burn her house down in a text message then kicked down the door of her apartment when he arrived at her residence.
