On Tuesday (Aug. 9), Tyga failed to show up to court for his eviction case, prompting the Los Angeles County judge to issue him a bench warrant. Yesterday (Aug. 11), Tyga reached a settlement with his old landlord, according to People Magazine.

The Last Kings Records founder fell behind on a rent payment for a Malibu mansion in 2011, and now he's paying the price. Not only did Tyga fall behind on rent, he was also responsible for $480,285 worth of damages to the house. The landlord's legal representatives will reportedly ask the judge to cancel the bench warrant in court today (Aug. 12).

The landlord's attorney, Danny Abir, tells People, "There has been a settlement reached to the mutual satisfaction of the parties, the terms of which are confidential ... My law partner, Boris Treyzon, will appear in court Friday morning to ask the judge to quash the bench warrant since a settlement has been reached and our client is satisfied."

Tyga has also been putting out music as of late. He released his new single "Trap Pussy" a couple weeks back, and his island-inspired "1 of 1" song got the visual treatment.

In other Tyga-related news, the "Rack City" artist is reportedly spending time in Turks and Caicos with Kylie Jenner. There are rumors that the two will be tying the knot soon after Tyga was spotted in a high-end jewelry store in Calabasas, Calif. The 26-year-old MC also recently bought Jenner a Maybach for her 19th birthday.
