Tyga likely wasn't thrilled to learn that an arrest warrant had been issued for him after the rapper failed to show up to a court date on Tuesday (Aug. 9), but as TMZ is reporting, the famous family that he hopes to marry into is pissed that he'd be so careless. Tyga reportedly missed the hearing because he's in Turks and Caicos celebrating Kylie Jenner's 19th birthday, but other members of the Kardashian clan were blowing up his phone once news of the warrant broke.

Sources speaking with the celebrity news site say that several family members dug into the rapper for potentially jeopardizing their brand, theorizing that if he were to be pulled over and arrested with Kylie in tow, the family image would take an unnecessary hit. While such a scene wouldn't necessarily disrupt a rapper's credibility, for the carefully constructed Karadshian empire, it doesn't quite fit.

The court date Tyga skipped out on was about his ongoing eviction case. Tyga’s landlord got a $480,000 judgment against the rapper who fell behind on rent of a Malibu mansion. The “Rack City” creator hasn’t paid that off and the landlord wants to know where Tyga’s hiding his assets to continue living lavishly. Tyga has reportedly already hired a lawyer to sort out the situation, but having angered his potential in-laws any time away with Kylie is likely already disrupted. It's been a tough year for Tyga, who had allegedly split from Kylie for good, and the news of his arrest warrant and subsequent ear-full isn't making it any better.
