T.I. Puts Business Partner on Blast After His Restaurant Gets Eviction Notice

T.I.'s restaurant Scales 925 has been mired in bad luck since its opening. Now, the Atlanta Sheriff's department has reportedly shut down the eatery for owing over $1 million in back rent to the building's landlord.

According to Rhymes With Snitch, Atlanta authorities hit the restaurant with the eviction notice on Wednesday (Aug. 10). Obviously, T.I.P. isn't happy, and as a result he's blasting his business partner on social media. In a since-deleted Instagram post, T.I. put up a picture of former business associate Charles Hughes and wrote, "We have NO dealings or partnerships outside of my restaurants Scales 925 which was a HUGE mistake in hindsight ... #NeverDisrespectOurBrand."

As aforementioned, the restaurant has had a run of bad luck since its inception. In Oct. 2015, NBA player Glen Rice Jr. was shot in the leg at Scales 925. Another man was arrested for drugs during the same incident. Earlier that month, a woman had to be restrained and taken to the hospital after causing a scene at the ATL rapper's restaurant. She apparently had a meltdown of sorts and started acting irrationally, yelling and pushing plates to the ground.

In other T.I.-related news, the 35-year-old rhyme slinger recently appeared on The Eric Andre Show. The self-proclaimed King of the South was mad uncomfortable as Andre simulated masturbation in front of him. Then, a zombie tried to attack T.I.P., and as if that wasn't enough, a man walked onto the set naked from the waist down. T.I. had apparently seen enough and decided to dip.
