Taylor Bennett, baby brother of Chance The Rapper, is in trouble again stemming from that fight he was involved in back in 2014. The Chicago Tribune reports that Bennett, 20, is facing a court supervision violation after testing positive for marijuana last month.

Bennett tested positive for weed during drug tests on July 6 and July 13. Two failed drug tests in a row has landed the "Straight from the Bottom" rapper in hot water. In Illinois, a court supervision is a postponement of judgement until a certain period of time. If the defendant in the case fulfills all the conditions of the sentencing order and does not violate the law, the court can dismiss the charges without a conviction. Now that potential dismissal has been compromised.

Back in October 2014, Bennett was involved in a fight at a house party in South Loop, Chicago. Bennett and his friend fought a fellow party goer and beat him so badly, he suffered a fractured skull and required stitches and staples to close the wound. Bennett was charged with beating a man and placed under court supervision until April 2018. As a part of his sentence, Bennett must perform community service and submit samples for random drug tests.

Young Bennett seemed to be making progress in the rap game recently, having killed his "10 Fingers of Death" freestyle on Sway in the Morning back in July. Bennett stunned Sway, the studio and listeners at home when he went off the dome for almost nine minutes straight. Taylor dropped his debut album Broad Shoulders back in December 2015.
