Questlove has worn many hats during his lengthy career, and recently, the 45-year-old added another title to his expansive resume. On Wednesday (Aug. 24), Pandora announced that The Roots member was their new Strategic Advisor and their first ever Artist Ambassador.

"Questlove is one of the most talented and influential artists of our time," reads a statement by Pandora founder/CEO Tim Westergren. "His near encyclopedic knowledge of the theory and history of music and his abiding passion for supporting artists of all kinds is a perfect match for our mission."

Questlove will help further Pandora's mission by curating a show featuring new music and interviews from fans and industry luminaries. The three-hour show, which will be titled Questlove Supreme, will be produced on a weekly basis. Quest will leverage his experiences as an artist to start new initiatives and develop new product strategies.

"Pandora is a company born of a musician's experience," Questlove says in a statement. "I'm very excited to join them in their mission to create a healthy and vibrant industry for artists and fans alike."

Fans can find out for themselves what Quest brings to Pandora's table when Questlove Supreme premieres on Sept. 7 at 1 p.m. EST. Maya Rudolph, producer/engineer Bob Power, and New Zealand singer Kimbra are set to be the show's first guests. You can check out a preview for the show below.
