After first saying his new album Birds in the Trap Sing McKnight would drop Aug. 5 and failing to release it, Travis Scott announced a new release date for the album as Aug. 26.

But it still doesn't quite feel like it's dropping, and today (Aug. 25) Mike Dean hopped on Twitter to hint that fans will have to wait a little while longer.

"I'm still mixing this album not letting travis drop until I'm done," said the legendary producer and righthand man for Kanye West. "Trust me kids he's wild He's a lunatic for y'all. It's almost here. [...] I am prepping some crazy shit. Had to break to do frank album. Relax. It's lit."

Another sign that the album will be pushed back is the fact that there is no .wav radio this Friday on Beats 1 radio, even though a new episode has aired the past two weeks. The next episode is scheduled for Sept. 2, and you'd think with a new album set to drop tomorrow that Travis would be on-air to promote it.
