If Frank Ocean's Boys Don't Cry ever drops, it could contain an interesting guest verse. In a new interview with Dazed, Lil B reveals that he worked on Ocean's sophomore album.

The Based God didn't tell the publication whether he did a verse, produced a beat, helped come up with song concepts or otherwise. Obviously, Ocean could choose to leave the Bay Area rapper's contribution off the album, but the possibility of a Lil B guest feature on Boys Don't Cry is intriguing, nonetheless.

Lil B tells Dazed, "Frank Ocean was amazing. He called me to come out and do some stuff for his album, Boys Don’t Cry, that’s coming out ... He’s a beautiful man with a beautiful voice. He’s a very strong man, a very strong person. Anything that I can do to help him, I will."

He also touches on his recent song "Free Love" and his feelings about the LGBTQ movement, saying, "My perspective is that I love the movement. I love LGBT, I love gays, I love people, so I just did that because I wanted listeners to know that it’s important. I support people and I support that, so I wanted to put my Based stamp on that. I support them." Throughout the interview, the Based God also voices his opinion on Donald Trump, talks about the Black Lives Matter movement and discusses being the "God" of social media rap.

You can catch Lil B on tour alongside Clams Casino this September or October. The five-show mini-tour consists of shows in California, Pennsylvania and New York. Keep it locked to XXL for more Lil B news and for more info surrounding Ocean's Boys Don't Cry.
