Chevy Woods is quite busy as a supporting act on Wiz Khalifa and Snoop Dogg's High Road Tour. But the Pittsburgh rapper found a little break in his schedule to stop by DJ Whood's The Whoolywood Shuffle. When Whoo Kid asked about a release date for Woods' new album, the Taylor Gang member confirmed it would drop in the fall.

"[It's coming] this fall," he said. "We ain't gonna wait till the winter or none of that. It's this fall. No later than the fall."

Chevy Woods said he would be revealing the album's title in a few days. He also explained that he wasn't focused on getting big name guests for this LP. Instead, it was more about his relationship with producers.

"I think the music that I'm doing now is more... I'm in tune with the producer instead of chasing artists for features," Woods said. "I'm like clear cut with mine. So, if I send you a record like, 'Yo, I'm tryna getchu on it.' And you be like, 'Aight, I'ma do it.' And then I gotta ask you again, I'm like, 'Nah, I'm cool.' I'm not finna chase you. I got homies that's on the Gang that can fill that in immediately. So, I don't really worry about that. It's the producer thing with me. I'm really in tune with who's making the music for me."

Although Chevy Woods isn't concerned about working with high profile artists, he does want to work with Fabolous.

"I really wanna do a record with Fab," Woods answered when asked about his collaboration bucket list. "And you know what it's about? It's about matching wits cause his bars are crazy. So, if I can get a record and it's not like, 'Yo, Chevy got Fab on the record.' I'd rather people say, 'Yo, Chevy and Fab killed that record.' I wanna stand up to that in the studio."
