Whether he's modeling women's clothes for Calvin Klein or drawing musical comparisons between Prince and Chance The Rapper, Young Thug has a way of making headlines and he uses that very ability as the basis for his "Memo" video.

One half back yard party, one half animated news clippings straight out of Harry Potter, the "Memo" video is perhaps not as out there as previous Thug visuals, think the multiplicity universe that is "Best Friend," but it does a more than thorough job of recounting many of his recent accomplishments such as performing "No Limit" with Usher at the BET Awards and receiving his first platinum plaque for the aforementioned "Best Friend." In other words, Thugger is on, whether you got the memo or not.

"Memo" was first released back in March as a part of Slime Season 3, and in typical Young Thug fashion, the video release comes less than week after word of Thug's next mixtape, Jeffrey. The enigmatic artist has a way of layering his releases so that fans always have something in rotation, whether it be I'm Up or a scattering of loosie releases like "Texas Love" or "Gangsta Shit." Add to it that Thug has also teased his album Hy!£UN35 as well as his I Came From Nothing 4 mixtape and it becomes near impossible to track where one rollout ends and another begins.

Watch the "Memo" video above with Jeffrey dropping sometime soon, maybe.
