If you've been a Starlito fan since the At War With Myself days, you might recognize the name Red Dot. That's one of Lito's closest homies who's been down since the Trash Bag Gang Days and been incarcerated for years now.

But recently – about a week and a half ago – Red Dot made parole, and to celebrate, Lito got to work on a new mixtape. Today (July 25) it's here, and it features the Nashville spitter going over some of his favorite recent beats, from Lotto's "Trappin Hard" to Bankroll Fresh's "Screen Door," Lil Uzi Vert's "Money Longer" to Kodak's "Skrilla." Lito tells XXL he chose the beats mostly because when he was traveling, certain songs he heard on local radio just stuck with him. He also told us Kodak might be his favorite rapper out right now.

Today also happens to be the five year anniversary of the first Step Brothers project that he did with Don Trip and the eight year anniversary of the actual Step Brothers movie. With that in mind, the duo hops on two beats for Red Dot Free – Kanye's "Real Friends" and Chief Keef's "Faneto." And yes, that Step Brothers 3 is on the way. Lito's even been giving fans some exclusive previews on his SnapChat recently.

Listen to Red Dot Free above and try to tell us Starlito isn't one of the most consistent rappers out right now.
