Pusha T and Jeremih got their paper-chasing priorities straight. The Virginia king and Chi-town crooner connect on the new track "Paid" for the upcoming soundtrack to The Land. The upbeat ode to the pursuit of cash is just the latest single to make its way to the web preceding the release of the film.

Executive produced by Nas and directed by Steven Caple Jr., The Land follows a teenage crew of misfits as they try to escape the streets of Cleveland after graduation. When the opportunity arises to sell drugs to feed their families, the guys' courage and friendships are put to the test. The flick stars Jorge Lendeborg Jr. in the title role of Cisco as well as Machine Gun Kelly as the store clerk who looks out for the kids and Erykah Badu as the ruthless drug Queen-pin.

With original music from Kanye West, MGK, Ms. Badu and Esco himself, the compilation is shaping up to be a summer soundtrack like no other. Before "Paid," fans heard MGK's "Dopeman" and the sorrowful "This Bitter Land" duet courtesy of Nas and Eyrkah Badu. The film and the soundtrack officially drop tomorrow (July 29), but antsy fans can stream the entire soundtrack early on NPR now. And while you're at it, check out the latest trailer for The Land below.
