A recent Meek Mill performance Aces Strip Club in New York City almost turned bad when someone decided to throw a cup at the rapper from a balcony above.

Footage from the show has surfaced and it appears to start right after the beverage was chucked at the Maybach Music Group MC. "Don't throw no fucking cup down here. If you wanna throw a cup then show your face," an agitated Meek says into the mic as security tries to pinpoint the culprit. "If you want to throw a cup just make sure you can stand it, because we aint doing no talking," adds the rapper. Shortly after afterward the show continued.

While it definitely seems like there were some haters in that crowd, Meek has some die hard fans who recently protested in downtown Philadelphia in an attempt to get the rapper out of his now 12-year stint on probation.

A large gathering of Dreamchaser fans stood together with signs that read, “End Meek’s Probation Now,” “12 Years Probation? Enough is Enough” and “Stop Probation Abuse End Meek Mill’s Probation.”

Media maven Karen Civil documented the rally on Twitter with a picture of protestors along with the caption, “Meek Mill supporters marched in a rally for injustice to protest Meek Mill’s unlawful probation in Philly.”

Meek is prepping the release of his forthcoming project DC4, which, according to producer Jahlil Beats, will be dropping this fall.
