Some big news lightens Karlie Redd's mood and gets the latest episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta off to a humorous start. Karlie is attempting to get past her breakup with Lyfe Jennings, as well as her fight with Tiarra, and heads to the jewelry store to get the ring he gave her appraised. The big surprise? She finds out that it's fake.

Mimi Faust is stressed about being involved in Stevie J's dealings and meets with him to discuss child support he should pay. Stevie isn't elated about the news and decides to break off their amicable relationship. From now on, things are strictly business in regards to his relationship with her outside of his parental duties.

KK King and Tommie meet up to discuss her run-in with Joseline at her pool party. She gives KK the backstory about being confronted by the police, who she feels showed up to her hotel room at the behest of Joseline. KK questions Tommie's actions and addresses her drinking problem. Scrapp's mom suggests she seek some counseling.

With Bambi and Scrappy attempting to rekindle the flame, Tammy Rivera attempts to help bring the two together. She has a conversation with Scrappy regarding the way he's courting Bambi. While Scrappy admits that he has his shortcomings, he says he sees something special in Bambi and will work towards making her his woman again. When he suggests purchasing jewelry for Bambi, Tammy tells Scrappy that maybe he should consider making her his wife, which makes Scrappy a bit uneasy.

Joseline is on the set of her new music video and invites Tiarra to talk about their common enemy, Tommie. She tells Tiarra about her and Stevie J's dealings with Tommie, with the intention of the news getting back to Scrapp in prison. Joseline needs him to know about his mistress' hidden desire for his uncle.

KK King reaches out to Tiarra to resolve their differences and makes amends for her past actions. She says that she doesn't want to harbor any ill will against the mother of her grandson. Tiarra accepts KK's apology and the two proceed to move forward, with plans to put together a birthday for King.

Jessica Dime is in the midst of a photo shoot for her business venture and decides to invite Karlie to reveal some more news regarding Lyfe. One of Lyfe's associates also shows up at the shoot and reveals that her and life were intimate during the relationship he had with Karlie.

KK King meets up with Stevie J to set the record straight about his dealings with Tommie. Stevies assures KK that he did not cross any boundaries with Tommie and voices his suspicions of Joseline's recent behavior.

Mimi's former lover, Chris, has been attempting to get in contact with her. However, Mimi has been distant and is avoiding speaking to her, but finally makes arrangements for the two to meet. Chris shares that her father just died, but she couldn't get in touch with Mimi, which rubbed her the wrong way. She also lets it be known that she's aware of Mimi's new relationship and seems to feel like she was strung along by her. Tempers flare and the two begin to argue, leading them to separate on bad terms.

Karlie meets up with Lyfe to discuss the ring he gave her and her run-in with his baby's mother. Lyfe admits to giving her a fake ring, but says that their relationship was real and that Karlie was more concerned with playing the field than being in a committed relationship. She begs to differ and begins to bicker with the rapper and her frustration is clear to see, ending any thoughts of a possible reconciliation between the two.

Joseline invites Tommie have a sit-down to discuss the bad blood between them. Tommie maintains that she believes Joseline called the police on her, which Joseline denies, but not before threatening to call the authorities for real. The threat prompts Tommie to throw an object at Joseline, but she is restrained by security before being able to continue her attack, concluding this week's episode of Love & Hip Hop Atlanta on an amped up note.
