Joey Badass’ Speech on ‘Mr. Robot’ Is Jaw-Dropping

Joey Badass got to show off his acting chops during the most recent episode of Mr. Robot. Joey's character Leon made an impassioned speech to series protagonist Elliot which you can watch above.

"Do you dream, Elliot?" Leon asks. "You scraping so hard like you ain't ever asked yourself this before. I said do you want to be here right now? And I don't mean like here here, but I mean here in a cosmic sense, bro. Like, existence could be beautiful or it could be ugly, but that's on you."

When Elliot - played by Rami Malek - questions his friend for some clarification, Leon lays it out.

"Dream. You got to find out the future you're fighting for," he continues. "Sometimes you got to close your eyes and really envision that shit, bro. If you like it then it's beautiful. If you don't then you might as well fade the fuck out right now."

Joey Badass might be expanding his reach in the entertainment field, but that does not mean he's moving on from rapping. The Pro Era rhymer is set to join Schoolboy Q for much of the TDE artist's world tour. Joey won't be at some select dates in North America. He will also not be traveling with Q over to Europe.
