Today (June 24), Shy Glizzy and Fat Trel link up for the Zaytoven-produced banger, "Checklist." For three-and-a-half minutes, the DC rappers trade back-and-forth bars over a piano-heavy instrumental.

Glizzy's and Trel's voice inflections are polar opposites, yet when paired together, they create an undeniable chemistry. Their verses are hard-hitting and straight to the point. Trel raps,"Kill you just for flexin' put this gun in your mouth/These niggas say they workin', why they throwin' in the towel?"

Meanwhile, Glizzy spits, "If he ain't a real nigga, hell naw we can't hang/Might hit you with this Glizzy, bitch that's word to my name/When Hefe in the hood, bitch I be rocking my chains."

In other Glizzy news, the 2015 XXL freshman recently made a special guest appearance on Beyoncé's Formation tour in Baltimore, Md. The 23-year-old rapper is prepping the release of his upcoming mixtape, Young Hefe 2. In fact, about three weeks, ago, Glizzy released the music video for one of his newest tracks, "Rounds."
