Last night, ScHoolboy Q threw an exclusive listening for his latest effort, Blank Face LP, in New York City at the Hudson Terrace.

Nearly two and a half years after the release of his Oxymoron album, the rapper returns with a promising follow-up. Aside from singles "THat Part," “By Any Means (Part 1)" and "Groovy Tony," fans knew very little about the LP. Then there's the cover, which debuted with slight controversy as Q hilariously first lead many to believe a picture of the crying Jordan face and Donald Trump was the official artwork.

In a room filled with extreme anticipation to hear the TDE rapper's project -- he already dropped a short film and a feature from Kanye West -- once Q began playing the album, he commanded all attention. While Hot 97's Peter Rosenberg took on the hosting role, both he and Q cracked jokes while unveiling the album.

Features on Blank Face LP include 2016 XXL Freshman Anderson .Paak, Jadakiss, TDE's new signee Lance Skiiiwalker, SZA, E-40, Miguel, Justine Skye and Tha Dogg Pound. The album is strapped with a California trap-esque feel with production from Metro Boomin and finds Q recreating the magic heard on Oxymoron. Additional guests at the event included 2016 XXL Freshman Dave East as well as Hot 97's Nessa.

The 17-track effort drops July 15 and part two of “By Any Means" will drop later today. Check out footage from the event below.
