Kevin Gates Doesn’t Like This Interviewer Touching His Arm

Things got a bit awkward recently during an interview between Hot 107.9 and Kevin Gates. The female interviewer touched the Louisiana rapper's shoulder at the very beginning of the conversation, and he immediately wiped his shoulder off in apparent disgust.

Gates took to Instagram to address the awkward situation. He tells the camera, "Look, my dog asked me the other day, he said, 'How come when that girl touched you, you wiped your shoulder off?' I say first of all, I'm married. Second of all, I'm holy. Don't put your dirty-ass hands on me."

The interviewer failed to get the answers she wanted throughout the two-minute, 17-second clip.

Gates tells Hot 107.9, "All praise, all the glory be to God. I'mma give it my all. I don't let the left hand know what the right hand is doing ... So you're just going to have to stay tuned. I believe that life is a journey, and for me to tell you my plans, things never go according to plan. What's meant to be will be ... I don't pay attention to social media, so if I do something, it's from the heart."

Gates will appear on the upcoming Suicide Squad soundtrack, which is set to feature other hip-hop stars including Action Bronson, Lil Wayne and Rick Ross. The "I Don't Get Tired" rapper recently sat down with Big Boy's neighborhood for an in-depth interview about a myriad of topics.
