Yeezy don't sleep. Kanye West bodies the new remix of Consequence's 2007 "Don't Forget 'Em." Released this week on iTunes, the soulful beat (produced by West) lays the groundwork for both Cons and 'Ye to rap about not forgetting your roots no matter how big the paychecks get.

"When I finally get my first real money/Fuck keepin' it real, I'm gonna act real funny/Why? Cause these dudes try to Sanford and Son me/I, sit there and act like a big dummy/When, A&R's saw what they could get from me/I just do what B.I.G. said, go ahead get money/Had to humble myself just to play these beats/One of my side Geminis just reminded me/About, the two ways how you being your contact/They laugh for two days when they heard that Kan' rap/Cocky ass rappers ain't need no contracts/Now they fell off and they need a contract/Ha! It's funny how I got what I got/And I ain't never seen it get quite beyond that/Got a chip that won't quit, a grudge that won't budge/These niggas give you pounds and go in for a hug," raps 'Ye.

West has been pumping out a ton of new music this year. The G.O.O.D. Music founder has already doubled his output from last year, dropping his seventh studio album The Life of Pablo in February, jumping on tracks with one of his young Chi-Town proteges Chance The Rapper and giving us a preview of his Cruel Winter compilation with "Champions" at the top of this month.

As for Cons, the Queens-bred MC and producer has been keeping busy as well by teaming up with Brand Nubian on loosies as well as promoting his son Caiden as the "Heir To The Throne." Cons is priming the four-year-old to be the next young rap star and even features him on his upcoming EP, Growing Up in New York.
