Australian electronic band The Avalanches releases its first single in 16 years, a track called "Frank Sinatra," which features Danny Brown and MF DOOM. Peep the Fleur Fortuné-directed music video above.

Throughout the four-and-a-half minute clip, people get lit to a mysterious yellow substance and experience an LSD-like effect in what appears to be the Louisiana bayou. The wacky visual incorporates various props including motorboats, paintball guns and hazmat suits. Let's just say it's not a happy ending for the people involved.

As for the rapping, Danny Brown and DOOM each deliver top-notch verses over the Robbie Chater-produced instrumental, which samples Wilmoth Houdini's "Bobby Sox Idol" and contains the melody from The Sound of Music's "My Favorite Things."

Danny Brown kicks things off by spitting, "Off his rocker, he's off his rocker/Please Mr. Officer, I only had some vodka/Little marijuana just a few Vicodin/Only reefer surfin' out here where I'm driving/Where your registration? OG License/Because of that interior your b--ch wanna ride it."

DOOM handles the final verse and raps, "Known for his illy right hook to make Rocky block/That's no poppycock pirate/We can keep it irie, or we can keep it irate, dilate/We keep it 100."

The Avalanches recently sat down with Zane Lowe for an interview discussing their return to music after nearly two decades. You can pre-order their new album Wildflower via Amazon.

Meanwhile, DOOM remains the most elusive rapper in the game. He recently remixed Wu-Tang Clan's record, "Method Man" and teased collaborations with both Ghostface Killah and Jay Electronica.
