2 Chainz, French Montana & More Attend the 2016 BET Awards

The 2016 BET Awards went down in Los Angeles, Calif. tonight (June 26). Everyone from  French Montana to Fat Joe came through, making the annual event, held at the Microsoft Theater this year, the place to be.

As always, the red carpet was full of surprises. Not only did DJ Khaled step out with his fiancee, who's currently bearing their first child together, but 2 Chainz also sported a quite eclectic hairstyle and a couple XXL Freshman graced the carpet as well.

Big winners of the night include Drake and Future who took home the award for Best Group and Bryson tiller nabbed Best New Artist along with Best Male R&B/Pop Artist. Drake led all the nominees with nine nominations.

 Beyonce and Kendrick Lamar opened the show with their track "Freedom" off of Lemonade. Desiigner performed "Panda" and there were a host of awesome Prince tributes.
