Yo Gotti may be in need of some cheering up, perhaps in the form of a revealing DM or snap, as TMZ is reporting that the rappers $409,000 Lamborghini Aventador was wrecked by an employee at the dealership meant to repair it. Gotti is suing Motorcars of Georgia, a luxury car dealership where he took his Lambo for maintenance work this past October.

According to documents obtained by the celebrity news site, Gotti's whip was still at the dealership in December when an employee took it out for a joyride with damaging results. He crashed the car into a tractor-trailer on the interstate. Gotta says that the accident happened 20 miles away from the dealership despite the fact that he never gave anyone there permission to take the car off site. He is suing for $80,000 in damages, saying that the car sustained "serious physical injury" in addition to his own emotional distress over the whole incident.

Just yesterday, Yo Gotti appeared alongside Lil Wayne on the remix to the Young Greatness hit "Moolah" a few weeks after he, Wayne and Future starred in the video for "Cross Me" off of Wayne's last mixtape No Ceilings 2Gotti received some scrutiny for filming his video for "The Law" in an actual Georgia courthouse without the proper permission. Gotti is the one doling out the scrutiny now though, with the rapper seeking restitution from the dealership that massively mishandled his ride.
