Wale had a rough day at the airport. The rapper filmed himself going off on various United Airlines employees at the Newark airport after missing a flight. The Maybach Music Group artist said he would not be able to perform at a scheduled show due to the missed flight.

Frustrated by the situation, Wale got in the face of the airline employees and aired them out for this apparent slight against him.

"They closed the door on my face, y'all," Wale said in the video. "They closed the door right in my face. This why I won't make my show."

Wale stated that he was harassed at security, which slowed him down. Despite that, the rapper sprinted to the gate where he was still denied entry onto his flight. Wale repeatedly pointed the blame at one employee as the main reason he missed his flight. The MC attempted to get her name but she did not respond.

The D.C. native also took to Twitter to call out United Airlines for alleged profiling.

"United at Newark be profiling for no reason," Wale wrote in a since deleted tweet. "You got to convince them your first class. Young black dude? Must be a bootleg ticket huh."

Since he was stuck at the airport, Wale began doing a brief Twitter Q&A with his followers. He also retweeted a Twitter user's comment that United Airlines was the worst airline they ever traveled on as well as a CNN article on passengers' frustration over the long lines at TSA checkpoints.
