The fallout from the now infamous fatal Irving Plaza shooting in NYC continues. Troy Ave, who is facing multiple charges in the incident after cameras caught him busting off a single shot in the venue, was scheduled to appear before a judge, but his court date has been postponed as he recovers in NYU Langone Medical Center from a gun shot wound to the leg.

Ave, born, Roland Collins, 33, recently underwent surgery to have bone fragments removed from his injured leg.

The BSB rapper's time in the hospital should be a slight reprieve from the world wind that will descend as soon as he is well enough to start the judicial process. He is facing attempted murder and weapons possession charges in relation to the shooting that occurred during a T.I. concert at Irving Plaza on May 26.

The incident occurred before T.I. performed, in between opening acts. The shooting, left two other people wounded and took the life of BSB affiliate Ronald McPhatter, 30.

Video of the shooting that occurred inside the green room at the venue has also surfaced. This footage is much more difficult to decipher as it shows numerous people brawling and stumbling over each other in the green room. Multiple gun shots can be heard in the video although no gunfire is visible.

Officials believe Troy shot five rounds in all and are waiting for ballistics results to charge the rapper with murder. As of now, he is charged with attempted murder, reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a firearm.
