Shots rang out last night (May 25) at T.I.'s headlining show at Irving Plaza in New York City. The scuffle, part of a developing story, happened in the green room of the venue and left four people injured and one dead. As new details are confirmed, this is turning into one of hip-hop's saddest stories of 2016.

Though he wasn't to blame for any of the chaos, T.I. is taking responsibility and sending condolences to the injured and deceased from the shooting. Tip took to Instagram today to send out his prayers. Check out his response to the senseless violence that went down at his show, a performance he didn't even get to share with his fans.

"My heart is heavy today," writes the 35-year-old Bankhead rapper. "Our music is intended to save lives, like it has mine and many others. My heartfelt condolences to the family that suffered and my prayers are with all those injured."

Last night, XXL confirmed with a source that Brooklyn rapper Troy Ave was shot in the leg. Early this morning, it was confirmed that Troy's longtime friend and fellow BSB member, Ronald "Banga" McPhatter, was the victim who died from a gunshot wound. He was 33 years old. Banga's mother, Rose McPhatter, blasted Troy in an interview for failing to call her in the wake of her son's death.

Now, new reports are circulating saying that the rapper shot himself in the leg and has been arrested on reckless endangerment and illegal possession of a firearm. In addition to this development, new surveillance video surfaced of Troy firing a gun inside the VIP area of the concert hall.
