The 2016 Billboard Music Awards went down in Las Vegas, NV tonight (May 22) and quite a few rappers were in attendance. Although not as many as we would have hoped would have been there; Ludacris, Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, The Weeknd and Yazz from Empire were all spotted at the annual event.

While Luda hosted alongside Ciara, his third time serving as the master of ceremonies (first hosting in 2014 and again with Chrissy Teigen in 2015), hip-hop also won big award-wise. Wiz Khalifa took home the award for Top Hot 100 Song for "See You Again" featuring Charlie Puth. "Shout-out to everybody here. We all worked hard to be here," said Wiz upon accepting his award.  The Weeknd won Top Hot 100 Artist among other things. “The Hills” singer actually led all artists with 19 nominations in 16 categories.
