Michael Christmas might have agoraphobia...and he's ok with it. The Boston rapper mulls over the subject on his new track "Paranoid" which he dropped today (May 4). He drops comedic one-liners about fleeting Instagram fame, playing Your Old Droog cuts while in the shower and generally avoiding all contact with the outside world. Mick would rather kick back, "make a couple mill" off rap and play NBA 2K in his crib.

"Groundhog Day everyday, Bill Murray/Cuz I'm in the same fit and my face still furry/And this shit mundane and this shit get boring/So I take long breaks on these real big tours/And come back to the spot, kick my shoes off, stay up/Throw socks in the hamper, lay up/Spodee! Most calm niggas never ball/Thirty points make you look lazy/If you like me, you don't be at the function/Play this song while you roll up something."

Along with the premiere, Mickey told HNHH the song is the first taste of his upcoming EP, Baggy Eyes. This new EP will serve as his latest project since last fall's What A Weird Day and is slated to drop later this month.

"Baggy Eyes is about being awake at all hours of the night because you can't sleep when all you're thinking about is creating and having a lit ass future," Mickey explains. "Sometimes when I try to go to sleep I imagine a huge show where people go crazy for me and just like that, I'm up for a few more hours. It also represents the time I write and think of my best shit - when I'm dead tired. As an artist my sleep schedule is fucked and as bad as it is, I like it that way. It feels good to be tired from dreaming."

Keep an ear out for more from the honest, unorthodox MC and in the meantime, listen to "Paranoid" above.
