T-Pain participated in a live stream of the new video game Doom on Twitch today (May 25) and told a hilarious story of exorbitant betting. Recalling his time working with Lil Wayne, T-Pain explained how the New Orleans rapper and Birdman used to bet thousands of dollars on Madden without even playing the video game.

"Lil Wayne and Birdman would bet $10,000 a game on Madden and they would just the computer play each other," T-Pain said. "They would bet that a team they picked would beat the team that the other guy picked. And they didn't play the game, they just let the computer play each other. And they would just bet $10,000 on that game. And I thought that was the most ballinest shit I had ever seen in my life."

T-Pain told viewers that he never participated in the betting. According to the singer, he wasn't dumb enough to do so.

"I never got in on the bet because I'm not an idiot," T-Pain said. "I didn't wanna spend all my money. I know the n---as got damn near billions of dollars. So I'm not about to act like I'm in that bracket. You know, I just made a few songs here and there."

Obviously T-Pain's story comes from a time when things were cool between Lil Wayne and Birdman. The two Cash Money stalwarts are currently beefing over the release of Wayne's album Tha Carter V. Weezy put a stop to settlement talks in his $51 million lawsuit against Cash Money Records after he and Birdman could not come to an agreement on how to handle the album.
