Chance The Rapper announced his new album is dropping in the coming weeks, but the talented Chicago artist is also doing his part to give back to the community by performing a special show in New York City. As part of the Night for NYC citywide event, Chance will perform at the Terminal 5 venue with a currently unnamed special guest on Monday night (May 9).

Tickets for the show are not cheap as seats are $150 for General Admission and $250 for Deluxe Admission. But, the money is going towards a good cause. All proceeds from the show will help feed a family of four for one week.

"100% of every dollar raised goes directly to fighting poverty in NYC," reads the Night for NYC site. "Robin Hood finds, funds and creates over 200 of the most effective programs, to help 1.8 million New Yorkers learn and earn their way out of poverty."

It looks like Chance The Rapper might be in New York for awhile too. The Chicago MC is scheduled to be the musical guest for The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon on this Thursday (May 5). Fans will definitely want to tune in as Chance might take this nationally televised opportunity to premiere a new song.

Chance The Rapper's appearance on the talk show is part of the big rollout for his new project Chance 3. The "Angels" rhymer said the rollout for this release would be the most fan-driven one in history. Fans can already cop posters of the presumptive album cover on Chance's website in a 10 for $20 deal.
