ASAP Rocky has one less burden on his mind. The Harlem rapper was dropped from a lawsuit filed earlier this year which saw a woman sue him, ASAP Ferg, Young Shabba and Live Nation over a stage diving incident at a 2013 show. The woman alleges that a stage dive by an ASAP Mob member caused her spinal damage.

The lawsuit states that Krystina Clowes attended the Aug. 3, 2013 show on the Under the Influence Tour, which was headlined by ASAP Rocky and Wiz Khalifa. During the ASAP Mob's set, Young Shabba performed a stage dive and "made violent and forceful contact" with Clowes that sent her to the ground.

Clowes asserts that she tried to get help from a concert worker after the collision, but the person refused to clear room in the crowd to help her receive medical attention. Clowes eventually made it to a medical center where she filed a report and was taken to the hospital.

The lawsuit says that Clowes was in pain for weeks and eventually learned she suffered a fractured vertebra. The plaintiff had to receive chiropractic treatment as well as drug treatments for the injury. Clowes took aim at ASAP Mob for their history of stage diving incidents which caused injuries. She also blamed Live Nation for putting the audience in an unsafe environment by allowing this to happen.

Clowes is attempting to get more than $255,000 for her injuries. Live Nation has already pushed back against the suit. The entertainment company says they cannot be liable for the performers' actions and criticized the notion that the venue was unsafe. The company said that if injuries were suffered, ASAP Mob was the responsible party.

When Clowes returned to court on May 23, she filed documents to have ASAP Rocky dismissed from the lawsuit. While he may be out in the clear, the woman's lawsuit against ASAP Ferg, Young Shabba and Live Nation will continue.
