Schoolboy Q is back with a brand new single "Groovy Tony," and in a subtle but genius move, he dropped the video for the song about an hour after he put the track up on iTunes. You can catch the visual above.

This might be the first single from Schoolboy's next album or a loosie for the fans, but either way it's a heater. Produced by Tae Beast, the beat sounds like some gully ass Detroit shit with Q spitting as hard as we've ever heard him.

The TDE member's new album has apparently been done for months now. Back on his birthday in October, Q posted a pic on Instagram that read, "H day...Bumpin New album." Around the same time he posted a message on Snapchat that said the album was getting mixed.

Back in June of 2015, Schoolboy also had a little Q&A on Twitter with fans, talking about his favorite artists at the time (Vince Staples and Travis Scott), what he does before he writes a song (plays Call of Duty), what his favorite project is (his new one), and more. He's also recently been filmed in the lab with Swizz Beatz, who was playing some epic-sounding beat a little while ago.

Schoolboy's new album doesn't have a release date quite yet, but we do have a clue as to when we can expect it. Back in February somebody on Twitter asked Tiffith whether we'd get Q's new album before or after summer. Tiffith simply answered, "B4."

We can't wait to hear more.
