The last update on Gucci Mane's incarceration came in mid-March from the rapper's longtime girlfriend Keyshia Ka’oir who posted a new picture of the two to her Instagram page. While there's still no word yet on the specifics of Gucci's release, seemingly out of nowhere today comes a 36-track mixtape from Guwop titled Meal Ticket that is already available on iTunes and Spotify (see below).

The mixtape is chock full of features many among them Atlanta artists. Throughout the project, Young Scooter, Chief Keef, Makonnen, Quavo, Waka Flocka Flame, Rich The Kid, Trinidad James, Reese, Fredo Santana, and Verse Simmonds are featured, among others.

Given Gucci's current status, it's unclear what to make of the drop, with the collection of songs possibly loosies and leftovers from the time before he was locked up. Last September, Pigeons and Planes interviewed Sean Paine, who coordinates Gucci's releases and said of the matter, "Gucci tells me when he wants it to drop, too. He’ll want it to drop at a certain time, and this, this, and this, I want to drop a new song at 10:17, and I go ahead and do what I gotta do to do that. Don’t get it twisted. It’s not like he’s just in there, and I’m coming up with shit. He’s guiding me through it. And then I come up with my own ideas."
