Future is up to something. He's been posting updates from studio recently, and over the weekend he gave fans a preview of some more new music he's been working on. You can hear it above.

Future's Snapchat is a melange of different activities, from taking care of his kids to turning up at the strip club. Lately he's been previewing fresh cuts from the lab, and we have to wonder if another project is in the works.

Future's been on a roll this year, dropping the Purple Reign mixtape from out of the clear blue sky before releasing his EVOL album in similar fashion. The latter features "Low Life," a smash hit with The Weeknd, and Future's been coasting off that since February. But fans know he's always working, and he could drop something new at any time.

In an interview earlier this year, Future talked about why he emphasizes drug use in his music so much. "I’m not like super drugged out or [a] drug addict," he admits. "My music may portray a certain kind of image and I know it’s some people that might be super drugged out and they listen to the music like, ‘Ay thank you, you speaking for me’ and then some people that’s not [super drugged out] that feel like, “Man I don’t have to do drugs, I can listen to Future and feel like I’m on something’ and don’t have to try [drugs]. I don’t do it for you to really have to live that type of life.”

Hear the new snippet above and prepare yourself for new music, any time, any day.
