As summer approaches, so too do the countless number of music festivals, with Seattle's Bumbershoot releasing its line-up this week. Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, who are native to the area, headline the festivities, with G-Eazy and Bryson Tiller likewise carrying main stage duties.

Other acts slated to perform include, Run the Jewels, Fetty Wap, Anderson .Paak, Tyler, the Creator, Flatbush ZOMBiES and more. The festival, which as well includes comedy, food and idea components will take place on September 2 to 4, with additional information available at the Bumbershoot official webpage. Festival passed go on sale this Friday (April 29) at 10 a.m. PST.

The Bumbershoot festival will be celebrating its 46th anniversary this year, and describes itself as "one of Seattle's largest cultural touchstones" and "one of the most unique and best-loved contemporary festivals in North America." Previous line-ups have included such acts as the Wu-Tang Clan, J. Cole and ScHoolboy Q while last year, The Weeknd, Chance the Rapper, Lil Dickey and more performed.

The festival routinely takes place over Labor Day Weekend, so music enthusiasts and Pacific North westerners alike can anticipate a holiday weekend jam packed with cultural expression. For more information, visit the Bumbershoot website.
